Our clients can avail from us superiorFalling Film Absorber (Recovery Systems) that are widely used for the absorption of HCL gas produced during chemical reactions and the production of 30 concentrated commercial HCL acid thereafter. These systems contribute immensely in eliminating the reduction of wastage with the help of its packed bed tail gas cylindrical M.S scrubber (graphite lined) and a cooler involving high pumping cost & large surface area equipment. We can easily recover 30 HCL solution production in a single pass or in more passes depending upon the amount of HCL gas formation. The cubic graphite blocks are piled & bolted over each other with headers block at both the ends. Our system incorporates a distributor block & the gas inlet header at the top. The absorber integrates graphite heat exchanger followed by a tail gas scrubber which is a packed bed M.S column and is lined with graphite. Our systems are available with the capacity range of Capacity available: 50 Kg. HCI / hr to 200 kg. HCL/hr.
