Applications & how to use:
the after treatment with dyefix - nf improves the wet fastness properties (fastness to water and perspiration) of dyeing obtained with reactive and direct dyes on cellulosic fibers & blends. Dyefix - nf can be applied by exhaust and continuous methods.
keeping the cationic nature of the product in mind, it is necessary that the dyed material should be thoroughly rinsed before it is treated with dyefix - nf in order to avoid precipitation with traces of anionic wetting agents or dyeing auxiliaries.
Exhaust method application :
rinse dyeing thoroughly to remove traces of anionic auxiliaries.
treat @ ph = 6 for 20 - 30 min at 30 - 40 º c
with 0. 5 - 2. 5 dyefix - df
Padding method :
10 -25 gpl of dyefix - nf can also be applied by padding at 25 - 30 º c followed by drying.
