Description
"Raj Enterprises" reverse jet type fabric filter with fully automatic bag cleaning by compressed air pulses. It serves for the dry separation of dust from Exhaust air or waste gases.Air Pollution Control System
Operational Description :
The dust laden gas enters from the bottom of the filter housing. The Separation of dust from the air/gas takes place on the non-woven filter bags. Each row of bags gets cleaned independently of the others by the Jet mani-fold arrangement above the filter bags. Periodically cleaning is achieved by introduction of a momentary jet of compressed air through a specially designed ventury mounted above each filter bag. This mixture of compressed air and clean gas causes sudden inflation and back-flushing of the filter bags, so as to dislodge the dust particles from the bags.

For collecting or recovering dust from various process.
Cement, boiler fly ash, incinerator ash, slag, rock dust, iron ore, sand, wooden dust, crushed glass, coal dust, exhaust air, pharmaceutical dust, dies and pigment.
